Via DSM, we have system integrations with a number of machine manufacturers, where we provide integration of spare parts prices, import of pick lists from spare parts catalogues, reports for, for example, purchase planning and integration of data on machines via our machine configurator, among other things.

For several decades, JMA has guaranteed data integrations between machine manufacturers and machine suppliers, and we focus on many of the specific integration needs that the business has - including:

Purchase planning - AGCO MDI

AGCO MDI is a system that makes it possible to report data from the DSM system to AGCO, especially in connection with the optimization of stocks and the resulting purchase proposals.

The integration can ensure that the dealer's inventory is optimized since the reporting contains information on sales/purchases and stock of goods according to the setup set up in the system and the dealer thus receives purchase proposals from AGCO.

With the DSM machine configurator, we have made it possible for the machine dealer to load configurations for machine sales offers and orders - machine purchase orders and preparation orders.

The configuration is read (via a CSV file) from AGCO's website and loaded directly onto the specific machine model in the DSM system. In this way, the lines on offers and orders do not have to be entered manually and the machine's post-calculation can be followed closely via the machine economy directly in the DSM system.

The machine dealer can also automatically calculate sales prices for the equipment via JMA's electronic price update service. And of course it is also possible to enter the selling prices manually.

Together with the machine calculation, the individual dealer gets a precise and value-creating sales tool, where a complete overview of costs and income on the individual machines is created. Right from the tendering stage and long after the machine has left the warehouse!

Pick lists via Parts Doc Online

When a machine is due for service, a pick list can be created via Parts Doc Online with the items that must be used for the repair in question. In Parts Doc Online, you select the desired spare parts from an online split drawing, after which they are sent to a server and loaded into the DSM system. The items are loaded via a csv file into a draft in DSM to then be entered into a service or sales order.

With the DSM machine configurator, we have made it possible for the machine dealer to load configurations for machine sales offers and orders - machine purchase orders and preparation orders.

Reporting of key figures - PSD Light

PSD Light reporting is a system for reporting data to CNH. The reporting contains data per customer/debtor on machinery as well as sales of spare parts and resources such as wages. The reporting will only include the makes and model groups specified in the setup.

Purchase allocation - CNH PRIM

CNH PRIM is CNH's disposition solution. By submitting spare parts data and sales statistics to CNH, you will be able to receive a disposition proposal from CNH – the purchase orders are created automatically in the DSM system, and put-to-stock activities are also created when the goods are delivered from CNH.

ePARTS 4.0

Integration to CNH's Parts Catalog, where you can create pick lists for import into the DSM system.

When a machine has to be serviced, ePARTS 4.0 can be used to create a pick list with the items that must be used for the repair in question.

In ePARTS 4.0, you select the desired spare parts from an online split drawing, after which they are sent to a server and loaded into the DSM system. The goods are loaded into a draft in DSM and then entered into a service or sales order.

In ePARTS 4.0 it is possible to see one's own stock and own price, so it is possible to inform the customer about this when they e.g. handled over the phone.

Spare Parts Locator

Automatic export of data from the DSM system to CNH's web portal Spare Parts Locator, which makes it possible to search for stocks at other CNH dealers. The module also makes it possible to search, for example, from "Product search" in DSM on the current product directly to CNH's Spare Parts Locator

John Deere DPM is a planning solution for managing the purchase and inventory of spare parts. The dealers send John Deere daily information about their inventory of spare parts and sales statistics. In this way, the dealer will be able to receive disposition proposals directly from John Deere. Purchase orders are automatically created in DSM and put-to-stock activities are created when the goods are delivered from John Deere.

The functionality makes it possible to make postings, for example, from "Item search" in DSM on the current item directly to KRAMP's online portal.

Transfer of purchase orders

Purchase orders are transferred directly from the DSM system to KRAMP, which automatically sends an invoice back to the DSM system.

Differences between purchase order and invoice are matched before loading into DSM, where unregistered item numbers can be created via catalog items.

Pöttinger
