Using automatic price updates, spare parts are always up to date with the latest prices.
JMA currently has over 170 different price suppliers who send price lists with the latest prices for their goods. This service limits the work of updating prices for each individual item - JMA makes sure to do that automatically.
DSM can be set up to help with purchase proposals for spare parts.
Based on calculations regarding take-home costs, last sale date, purchase price, flow goods and more, the system can come up with a proposal for what you should keep in stock for the spare part in question. This is to meet the demand that has normally been on the item over the past 2, 3 or 5 years.
It is possible to set up a discount matrix for customers and order types.
This means that different discount prices can be set up for the same spare part depending on the type of order in question, such as an urgent, normal or special order.
JMA offers a POS system for handling the sale of store goods, so that goods can be easily scanned onto a sales order via a scanner while the customer is in the store.
JMA is offered 2 different scanners for the storage module in DSM.
Wireless handheld scanners: Used to scan items on sales orders and service orders as well as carry out stock counts.
Obsolete spare parts are sold directly from DSM via Webparts.
JMA offers an integrated solution with Webparts. It is thus possible to search directly in DSM to see the spares that are on Webparts as well as the prices and which dealer has the spare on stock. The spare part can then be ordered from DSM without having to use external systems.
Webparts is an online webshop for machine dealers to sell and buy obsolete spare parts from professional dealers worldwide.

The DSM system can create and print picking lists for the warehouse, which must be used on various sales and service orders.
In collaboration with the industry's suppliers, JMA has developed over 40 integrations directly into the DSM system.
The range of integrations depends a lot on what data the supplier can supply to JMA. The integrations that have been developed are via a collaboration between the supplier, the retailer and JMA.
We currently have integration for the following:
- Import of purchase orders
- Inquiries about goods and stock at other retailers as well as order status
- Exchange of spare part prices
- Purchase disposition
- Import of picklists
- Reporting between dealer and supplier
- Import of configuration on machines
The exchange of data takes place either via a manual upload or an automatic integration, which provides answers directly in the system. It depends on the supplier what is possible to develop.
