Service Contracts

The DSM system allows you to offer service contracts to your customers. It is possible to add 1 contract per. customer with possible collection of several machines on one contract.

Distribution of internal and external items is stated per contract line and customer and/or contract type can be set up for bookkeeping. In other words the internal service orders are formed and an invoice is forwarded to the customer on the agreed amount for the contract. Thus, it becomes possible for the dealer to follow up on the service contract economy and to monitor expenses compared to revenues.

In the contract information section, it can be stated on the individual machine if service is included and you can handle operating hours. It is possible to attach the service contract to a rental order and to link a service and rental contract.
